Scientific name: Octopus Cyanea

A.  Fresh Frozen Octopus

• Pinwheel or Tube type
• Fresh Frozen Whole Cleaned; IQF/IWP, Fully Eviscerated, Eyes/Ink/Beak Off, frozen once & free from Chemical Preservatives
• Sizes – 1/2 , 2/4 , 4/6, 6/8 , 8/UP
• Packaging – 1 x 30 lbs per master carton
  • Each Pinwheel is individually placed inside a polyethylene plastic a sealed, then all of them is placed inside a polyethylene bag and put in the master carton.
  • The cartons are stored and distributed under frozen condition, maintained at a temperature of -18 °C or below.

B.  Boiled Octopus

1. Whole Boiled Octopus – sizing per client’s specifications
2. Sliced Boiled Octopus – 6 grams and 8 grams
3. Skewer – 35 grams
4. Salad cut – bulk pack in 10kg per Master Carton
